Building amazing teams with Kandoo's corporate challenges!

Kandoo Corporate Challenges are a great way to build teams, learn about each other, and motivate employers, employees and clients in a way that’s fulfilling, interesting, and fun. By arranging a corporate challenge with us you’re committing to making your organisation a better place to work and be, plus you’ll be raising a large sum of money for a very worthy cause.

Corporate Challenge group on the Everest Base Camp trekWe’ve worked with plenty of different organisations across the UK to raise money for deserving charities like the British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, Asthma UK, and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

Taking on such an inspiring challenge like climbing Kilimanjaro means that your entire business can get involved, from helping to fundraise to actually taking on the trek, whilst strengthening relationships across the team and creating an atmosphere where going one step beyond for excellent performance becomes the new normal for everyone involved.

Going that one step further and focusing your challenge by using its unique attributes to raise funds for your chosen charity or local community project adds another dimension to the activity that brings your Corporate Social Responsibility to life through action, whether it’s a cause nominated by your team or a charity you’ve adopted to support over the course of a year.

Chemdry Corporate Kilimanjaro ChallengeWe’ve worked with big companies to arrange charity treks; business like Independent Group, British Airways and the Cavendish Health & Mobility Group have all taken on our expertise.

Safety on corporate challenges

Safety is at the heart of all that we at Kandoo Adventures do. We operate all of our own treks and climbs instead of outsourcing them to other companies that could put your team at risk. Because we’re so close to the adventure, we’re able to ensure that everyone who climbs with us has a fantastic time and is able to define a new personal best for themselves.

We can understand that a high-altitude trek can seem nerve-wracking if you’ve never done it before. But remember that the smallest journey starts with a single step! We make sure that our trekkers are regularly tested for altitude sickness while on the trek and that our guides know exactly what to look for, plus what the protocol is if altitude sickness does occur. We also provide nutritionally balanced menus so that all our climbers can be sure of enough energy every day to reach the summit.

British Airways pilots corporate Kilimanjaro challengeKandoo can help you with planning your trek, from the training and the kit down to the methods you want to use for fundraising and the route that you’d like to take. Whether you have a week to spare or longer, there’s a trek that we can operate which will suit everyone’s needs. We operate treks in places like Nepal, Argentina and Bhutan, each with their own distinct flavours, culture, terrain, wildlife and more.

Not only will reaching your destination feel great because you’ll be able to tell all your sponsors that you did it with their help, you’ll also be able to achieve the satisfaction that only comes with managing a difficult but worthwhile task.
