In the developing countries that we operate in, we employ a dedicated team of people who live in the local community. We provide support to programs such as KPAP (Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project) and ROB (Robertson Outdoor Bursary) to ensure our staff receive good working conditions, fair pay and grow with us personally and professionally. When you book with Kandoo, your money ends up with local people, local suppliers and supports local families.
Our impact on the changing environment is also a key consideration and we are currently in the process of developing our Carbon Initiatives to reduce the levels of C02 that are inevitably produced our trips.
