Our team in Peru

At Kandoo, we are experts in the Cuzco region of Peru. We established our own team in the country back in 2012 allowing us to operate all our treks directly with our own staff and no third parties. The Kandoo team is lead by highly knowledgeable local guide José Quispe. José is passionate about his home country and introducing others to the amazing history and geography of the Peruvian Andes. Decked out in full Kandoo orange, our team are hard to miss on the trails. They will do everything they can to make your trip the best it can be, offering top quality service, home comforts and delicious, restaurant quality meals.

As well as the classic Inca Trail, we also provide fully supported treks along the lesser known Vilcabamba, Ausangate and Salkantay routes as well as extensions to Lake Titicaca, the Amazon rainforest, Rainbow Mountain and the Colca Canyon.
