Late June to October, otherwise known as the Dry season in Tanzania where wildlife viewing is at an all-time high, is the best time of year to go on a Tanzanian safari. Other times would be late January to February when you can witness wildebeest calving, and June to July when you can witness the wildebeest migration in the Serengeti.
