Book with confidence Travel shouldn't be stressful

At Kandoo, we understand that sometimes even the best laid plans need to change. We all have busy lives with shifting work and family commitments and limited annual leave that needs to be carefully allocated. We feel strongly that travel should never be stressful, that's why we provide you with all the flexibility you need to make your adventure happen regardless of what life throws at you. 

When your plans need to change your booking  can change too, and in many cases, it won't cost you a penny. Up to 56 days before departure, you can move your booking to an alternative date of your choice free of charge. Not only do you have the flexibility to move your travel date, you can also change your destination if you want to. Kilimanjaro in August can become Everest base camp in September with just a quick phone call or email. If you need to cancel your trip more than 56 days before departure, unlike many travel companies we will not pocket your deposit, we simply keep it on hold so you can use it again whenever you are ready. We're a small company compared to many other adventure tour operators. We don't have an impersonal call center with multiple phone lines operated by robots, just a friendly bunch of people based in the Lake District.
