Operations Administrator
We are looking to
recruit an Operations Administrator to work alongside our team in Penrith on
the edge of the Lake District National Park.
Requirements
Smart: You need to be a
quick learner, comfortable with picking up new information
IT savvy: You need to be
fully IT literate, adept as using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and
Outlook. The role will also require you to be comfortable using a CRM system.
Communication: You need to be an
excellent communicator, both on the phone and via email
Organisation skills: You need to have
superb organisational skills and be detail oriented
Self-motivated: You need to have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. We're
looking for a real team player who is comfortable working in a growing team
Passion: You need experience
of adventure travel or a genuine passion for adventure travel, especially
trekking, climbing and kayaking.
Experience: Work history in a
similar operations role within the travel industry would be beneficial
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will
include but not be limited to:
· Making hotel bookings
and managing room allocations
· Liaising with our
local teams all over the world to manage trip logistics
· Compiling invoices
for B2B clients
· Checking and updating
costing sheets
· Assisting with ABTA
and ATOL reports
· Tracking incoming and
outgoing payments
Full training will be
provided.
Package and Salary
The role comes with a
salary of £18,000pa.
Enrolment in the NEST pension scheme.
Annual bonus up to 10% of your salary based on performance.
