At Kandoo Adventures we understand that sometimes even the best laid plans need to change. We all have busy lives with shifting work and family commitments and limited annual leave that needs to be carefully allocated. Even when you think you are 100% organised, a global pandemic can suddenly emerge and put your life on hold for 12 months. Having an adventure to look forward to is so important, it is something to focus on when your having a bad day, the knowledge that soon you will climbing an icy slope 6000m up in the Himalaya or sea kayaking in the Arctic Circle, is a powerful motivator.
We feel strongly that travel should never be stressful, that's why we provide you with all the flexibility you need to make your adventure happen regardless of what life throws at you.
FLEXIBLE BOOKINGS
When your plans need to change your booking can change too, and it won't cost you a penny. Up to 60 days before departure, you can move your booking to an alternative date of your choice totally free of charge. Not only do you have the flexibility to move your travel date, you can also change your destination if you want to. We will transfer your deposit to any alternative adventure in any destination that we offer. Kilimanjaro in August can become Everest base camp in September with just a quick phone call or email.
LIFETIME DEPOSITS
If you are unable to travel for any reason and you can't commit to another date just yet, you can make use of our Lifetime Deposit Service. We will keep your deposit on hold so you can rebook your adventure whenever you are ready to do so. There is no expiry date on your deposit, you could rebook in 6 months or 6 years and you do not have to rebook the same trip.
REAL PEOPLE
We're a small company compared to many other adventure tour operators. We don't have an impersonal call centre with multiple phone lines operated by robots, just a friendly bunch of people based in the Lake District. From time to time we run low deposit offers so you can secure your place on an incredible adventure with the minimum financial commitment. Your final payment will not be due until 60 days before departure and even if it turns out that you can't make it, you can still make use of our Lifetime Deposit and Flexible Booking services.
